The term blue gym<\/strong> is used to describe a water-based environment, such as a lake or coastline, in which an individual may partake in water-based or water-adjacent activities and\/or exercise. Examples of blue referral<\/strong> activities include swimming, surfing, rowing and beach yoga.<\/p>\r\n
